H6 Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is looking for delivery drivers to help deliver packages to customers. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. As a DOT delivery driver, you will drive a DOT-regulated box truck, No CDL Required, stay active, work with a helper, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers packages to customers in your community every day.

Location: HJX1 - 2780 Lloyd Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32254

Compensation:  $18.00/hour, plus overtime, benefits, and incentives

Shifts: Shift starting 10:15 am

What You’ll Do as a DOT Delivery Driver

• Drive a DOT-regulated vehicle box truck delivering packages to your community with the assistance of a ride-along Helper

• Full time up to 11 hours per day driving (12 hours working based on business needs that comply with federal law) including breaks with shifts available seven days a week

• Part time shifts available 1–3-day work week and up to 11 hours per day driving (12 hours working based on business needs that comply with federal law) including breaks with shifts available seven days a week

• Load and offload packages up to 300lbs from the truck with the assistance of a ride-along Helper and moving devices

• Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner in the form of a deluxe delivery service across home furnishings, outdoor grills, TV’s, and other large products

 

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US

• Must have a valid Florida driver's license

• Mist be a Florida resident

• Must complete pre-employment screening & verification; including, but not limited to, motor vehicle records check, references, etc.

• Successful completion of a DOT physical

• Follow a mapped delivery route, track and report working hours and breaks at appropriate times, adhere to all safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with all weather and conditions

• Must be able to maneuver boxes weighing between 50 and 300lbs. (team lift), with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must have open availability. Meaning you must be able to work any schedule, 7 days a week, including weekends.

• Must have prior Box Truck Driving Experience.

• DOT or CDL experience and delivery experience on assigned routes
